Designed primarily for HDD applications, the EQ-757 quintuplex pump lets you operate at higher flow rates to remove more soil while directing pipe under infrastructure. The pump reliably reaches 800 HP without losing work due to heat generation and without adding excessive wear on the pump.
As a five-piston quintuplex mud pump, the EQ-757 brings multiple advantages to your operation. With an independent drive, you have two diesels that are running two pumps—a set-up that is difficult to configure at smaller locations, as is often seen in HDD sites. In contrast, with the EQ-757, you can essentially run two pumps at the same time, thereby reducing people on the rig site and eliminating lag time. This means reduced HSE risks, increased uptime, and CAPEX savings, in addition to a minimized surface footprint.
