The E-800 pump’s design includes roller bearings throughout. Roller bearings provide a longer expected operating life compared with the bushings used in competitor designs, equating to greater return on investment.

Another aspect that sets our pumps apart from the competition is that our crankshafts are welded and machined for concentricity—the key to maintaining balance and smooth operation. Other pump manufacturers use casting and cores for their crankshaft, leading to balance issues and wobbling during rotation. This imbalance can lead to performance issues that can lead to unexpected shutdowns.
