OUR PHILOSOPHY
Before now, a manufacturer of industrial products might buy steel in one country, ship to another for machining, ship to yet another for assembly, and ship again to the operator’s location. Many manufacturers heavily relied on scale, using giant plants to drive down unit cost before shipping product around the world from a central location, or mega-base. Such legacy practices come with a significant carbon and social footprint, especially for highly engineered steel products. We believe this does not make business sense or environmental sense. Our quality standards, distributed manufacturing ecosystem, and approved & certified service partners around the world, all of which contribute towards the reduction of waste in turn enhancing the carbon footprint associated with short life cycles, global transportation and fast-tracking delivery.

Today, EW Pumps is a privately held company with ownership of the entire Ellis-Williams pump product line and all its intellectual property, on an exclusive basis.
The three principals of EW Pumps are key stakeholders in the business, and each has vast experience in the energy services and highly engineered equipment industry.
